Schreck Wholesale Return Policy
In order to make a return or an exchange, please call 773-477-0112 or email us at email@example.com for Return Authorization.
All returns, with the exception of damaged merchandise, must be authorized and returned within ten (10) days of receipt of order. A re-stocking fee equal to 15% of the purchased goods will be invoiced and sent to you, or deducted from any refund/credit. Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of warehouse errors.
All shortages must be reported within fourteen (14) days of receipt of order. We cannot accept shortage claims after this time.
Please note: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items excessively worn or damaged by your customers, and cannot accept sleeping bags, shoes, or undergarments that have been used. Schreck Online can only process returns or exchanges for goods purchased directly from us. If you purchased goods on the consumer market from a retail website or brick-and-mortar store, please contact your place of purchase.
