Ordering

Do you have order minimums?    Yes, we have a $200 minimum for all orders.  We do our best to work with you to get you what you need, but small orders will be charged a $10 small order fee.

How many of a certain item do you have?    How many do you want? Due to multiple orders in the system and constantly fluctuating stock, it's often easier for us to let you know if we can cover your order than to give you exact quantities. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

Can you send me a sample?    We can provide samples of certain items, but small order fees may apply, as well as the cost of the item and shipping. If you only need one of an item, we have many retail partners that we can direct you to.

Do you drop ship?     Yes. Drop ships will incur a $7.50 fee in addition to the cost of the items and shipping. Please contact us first to to make arrangements.  

Can you hold my order?    Yes, on request we can hold your order for up to 10 business days.  Beyond that we cannot guarantee stock or pricing.

What if I accidently submitted an order?    If you didn't mean to place an order, please contact us immediately. Orders that are placed in error and not brought to our attention within 24 hours may incur a 10% restocking fee.

Do you keep backorders?    Due to a constantly changing inventory, and the nature of military surplus, we do not hold onto any backorders.

I am working on a play/movie/production/news report, how do I buy things from you?   Please contact us and we will help you get the items you need.  Note that if you aren't a licensed reseller, we are not able to provide you wholesale pricing. We will still do our best to help you out, and can also direct you to our large network of retailers who can give you assistance.

 

Shipping

Can you use my own shipper number or shipping company?  Yes. We have very favorable rates using UPS as our carrier.  Using any other carrier than UPS may incur a documentation fee. International shipping may incur additional fees depening on the needs of the freight company. 

Can you ship via Post Office? Yes we can ship post office.  In order to do so we need written approval from the customer that absovles us from any loss or damage to the product after leaving our facility. 

At the checkout there is no shipping charge. How much will it cost to ship my order?    Orders on average take 1-3 business days to process.  Your shipping charges will be determined by many factors such as weight, volume, distance, carrier, and more.  If you have terms with us, we can provide you with a shipping cost prior to fulfilling your order. If you do not have terms, we will contact you with your order and shipping total before sending anything out.

 

Products

I don't see the item on looking for on your website, does that mean you don't have it?    Not at all. While we do our best to keep our website up to date, we have been dealing in military surplus for over 70 years.  We have a huge catalog of items, and some don't find their way onto our website right away.  Please contact us with any specific questions and we'll do our best to help you out.

Can you get more of a certain item?    It depends on the item.  Some of the items we carry ceased being manufactured 10 to 60 years ago. Once they are gone, they're gone.  Please contact us and we'll do our best to accomodate you.

I want to buy all of a certain item, can I get a take-all price?   In general we set our prices to give the maximum discout to our customers regardless of if they are buying 1 or 100. Some of the items we carry are irreplaceable and thus we are unable to discount them.  It never hurts to ask, but don't be disappointed if we can't lower our price any further.

What does it mean if its GI/New Old Stock/Used/Near New? We do our best to keep all of our descriptions as detailed as possible. This includes age, condition, origin, issue status, and other descriptors.  Due to the nature of military surplus, we can't guarantee that our descriptors are 100% correct, but we will work with you to make sure that you are getting exactly what you need.  

 

Payments

What forms of payment do you accept?    We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and wire transfers for domestic orders under $7500. For orders over $7500, a 2.5% charge will be added to credit or debit payments.  All PayPal payments will be charged a 2.5% fee. Wire transfers of any amount will incur a $35 wire fee.  For international orders we accept wire transfers or PayPal, with the same fees as above.

How do I get terms with your company?    Established customers with a history of on-time payments may contact us for a credit application.  We reserve the right to approve or revoke terms at any time, for any reason.

I used to order from you 5 years ago, do my terms still apply?    Where have you been?! Thanks for coming back and letting us serve you.  We've recently cleaned up our accounting procedures, and all accounts dormant for more than 2 years have been reverted back to pre-pay.  If you think this is in error, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you out.
