GI Black Polypropylene Long Underwear Bottoms

Genuine Government issue. Army tested and issued as part of the Military's Extreme Cold Weather System. Thick 100% polypropylene is lightweight, warm as wool and soft as cotton. It wicks away moisture from the skin so you remain warm and dry even during heavy exertion.  Bottoms have knit cuffs and elastic waist.
